  51.     FWIW, option number 3 is correct, the firmwares for the new 33.6
  52. PnP modems will not work with the older 28.8 non-PnP modems since they're
  53. based on a different DSP/controller.  Now, as to why USR would announce
  54. the upgrade way back in Nov. and still not be shipping firmware now, no
  55. one really knows.
