- FWIW, option number 3 is correct, the firmwares for the new 33.6
- PnP modems will not work with the older 28.8 non-PnP modems since they're
- based on a different DSP/controller. Now, as to why USR would announce
- the upgrade way back in Nov. and still not be shipping firmware now, no
- one really knows.
